During a trip to Guine, in Africa, one of Cordel’s photographers started to shoot these portraits of the local people who still live in small tribes around the country. These photos were produced to illustrate a book and an exhibition for the Human Rights Secretary of Brazil and the Organização dos Estados Ibero Americanos.
